Synopsis

Uri: The Surgical Strike is an upcoming 2019 Indian action film written and directed by debutant Aditya Dhar and produced by Ronnie Screwvala under his banner RSVP Movies. Starring Vicky Kaushal, Paresh Rawal, Mohit Raina and Yami Gautam, the film is based on the 2016 Indian Army's controversial surgical strikes on Azad Kashmir as a retaliation for the Uri attack.

Plot: Based on the true events of 2016, when Indian Army avenged a deadly terrorist attack by carrying out a surgical strike.
