Riddhima Kapoor Sahni opens up about niece Raha Kapoor! Fri July 26th, 2024

Raha Kapoor, the couple's daughter, was born in November 2022 after Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt wed in April of the same year. It goes without saying that Kapoor's lives have been much improved by the tiny munchkin. The sister of the Animal actor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, recently spoke up about her in an adorable way while discussing how their lives have altered since the death of their father, the renowned actor Rishi Kapoor.

In a recent media interaction, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni disclosed that her family has become more closer since her father's passing. She said that several deaths in their broader family, not just in her personal family, had made them more "united." She disclosed that they frequently communicate by phone, and even if they don't see each other every day, they stay connected and are aware of each other's life events.

She continued by discussing the "new addition" that was Raha Kapoor, the daughter of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. Her devoted aunt calls her her "strawberry." Riddhima disclosed that she refers to her as "Boo."

The well-known jewelry designer went on to say that Samara Kapoor Sahni, her daughter, refers to Ranbir as "RK," even though the actor prefers to be called "mamu," "uncle," or "something, not mama ji."

Overwhelmed by little Raha, Riddhima revealed, "She is edible. She is too cute. We’re on FaceTime because I am in Delhi; she is in Mumbai, so she FaceTimes every now and then. She loves my dog. I have the most adorable Shih Tzu. His name is Killian. So the poor thing can’t say Killian so she is like say Killi boo, Killi-am, boo Killiy-am so, that’s so cute. My heart melts, and I’m like, aww my baby. She is too cute."

Raha has "got the best of both" in Riddhima's opinion because of the similarities between Alia and Ranbir. She said that she thought she "looked like a little bit of everyone." She said that Raha occasionally even resembles her daughter.

"It’s so strange because Samara looks a lot like my brother. She is a mix between my brother, my husband, my father, and my mum. Raha looks a lot like Alia and a lot like my dad. She is a cutie. She is so cute and she is a good baby," In closing, she stated.
