Just BFF Things: Kareena and Karan's Hilarious Tea Spill Session!

Karan Johar and Kareena Kapoor have a close friendship, and their open exchanges on social media frequently draw attention from everyone. Most recently, a video of Bebo asking for a cup of tea became popular online, and Johar, being a normal buddy, took advantage of the opportunity to make fun of her for it.

A video of Kareena Kapoor from the Wednesday, April 2 launch party for nutritionist Rutuja Diwekar's book The Commonsense Diet has been making the rounds online.

 

The actress is asked whether she wants anything in the widely shared video. "Okay, I’ll have a cup of tea," she replies, smiling at the woman seated next to her. She then goes on to explain, "This is my tea time!!". At last, she requests a "tea without sugar."

 

Karan Johar, being the funny one, teased her about it by posting the footage on his Instagram stories. He made a joke, "It’s her tea time!!! Bebo (followed by multiple laughter emojis) @kareenakapoorkhan." The Singham Again actress continued the joke by responding, "I should have asked for my cheese toast too," followed by several chuckles and a heart-shaped smile.

 

During her speech at the event, the actress also discussed her incredible bond with food and her childhood obesity. She said she has always been at ease with herself and has never attempted to starve herself.

 

"Because whether it's good for me or bad for me, I just love the fact that it comforts me, it makes me feel happy. I feel amazing. And that's the most important thing for me," Kareena went on to describe Khichdi as her comfort food. She even disclosed that she gets cravings for Khichdi after going three days without eating it.

 

In the meanwhile, Karan and Bebo have worked together on a number of movies, including Kurbaan, We Are Family, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, Good Newwz, and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.
