Now, in typical fashion, the musician posted a comical video to Instagram in which he hilariously dissects the invitation in the quintessential "Punjabi aa gaye oye" fashion. By deciphering his MET Gala 2025 invitation in his authentic Punjabi fashion, Diljit Dosanjh provided followers a humorous and wholesome moment on Instagram today, May 5. He can be heard in the video saying, “This card is I waiting for. This is not a small card but a MET Gala card bro. Dandyism is their theme,” leaving fans giddy with anticipation.
Diljit read out a 'important note' before showing the card, which said that cell phones and recording equipment are not allowed in the evening. In order to add his usual flair and excitement before his Met Gala entrance, he then pulled out the actual invitation and decoded it in the greatest way possible.
The singer-actor shared the footage with a comment, “MET GALA Tomorrow. Daso Fer Ki Paiye Kal Nu. Halaa Laa Laa Karauni An #metgala.”
