SS Rajamouli mourns the loss of RRR actor Ray Stevenson!
At the age of 58, well-known actor Ray Stevenson passed away on Sunday. He was best recognised for his part in the recent blockbuster RRR. His representatives verified the news of his untimely death. He was in Italy at the time of his death, according to his team. He received the unfavourable news four days before his birthday. His sudden demise's cause has not yet been made public. The talented director SS Rajamouli mourned Ray's passing on social media a while back.
 
The late actor portrayed a villain in the Ram Charan and Jr. NTR film RRR. He portrayed the film's main antagonist, the vile and racist Governor Scott Buxton. SS Rajamouli released a picture of the two of them from the shoot in order to honour Ray. In his reply, he expressed shock and said, "Simply can't believe the news."
 
His post read, "Shocking... Just can't believe this news. Ray brought in so much energy and vibrancy with him to the sets. It was infectious. Working with him was pure joy. My prayers are with his family. May his soul rest in peace."
 
Last night, the official Twitter handle of RRR shared a post as they mourned Ray's loss. Their post read, "What shocking news for all of us on the team! Rest in peace, Ray Stevenson. You will stay in our hearts forever, SIR SCOTT."
 
In the meantime, Ray was also known for featuring in the 2011 movie Thor and its sequel Thor Ragnarok. He appeared as Volstagg, a member of Asgard and friend of the titular character Thor.
