Even though the actor's wife keeps out of the spotlight, he still compliments her. Manoj recently discussed his religious differences with his wife with the media.

 

Speaking about their wedding, Manoj Bajpayee disclosed that Shabana and his marriage are more about principles than religion. Even if one of them were to modify their principles in the future, he added, their marriage would still fail. Manoj stated that despite being from a Brahmin family and her family being well-known, they never encountered any resistance at all. He claimed that his wife is not a particularly devout person. “She’s spiritual, very, very spiritual. She’s a proud Muslim, and I’m a proud Hindu, but it doesn’t clash with each other,” he added. “Even if they would’ve talk about the religion of my wife, they could never have the strength or the courage to speak to me on my face. Because they know that I don’t mince my words, I’m very hard, when it comes to anyone talking like that. I come very, very hard. I’m a tough guy then…People still talk about my temper,” he revealed.
