Mukesh Chhabra to believe Dunki will break all records!

With his contributions to more than 300 films, Mukesh Chhabra, a significant player in the Hindi cinema industry, has revolutionized the casting field. His most recent project is working on the much awaited movie Dunki with director Rajkumar Hirani. Chhabra discussed his collaboration with the director in a recent interview with a daily, voicing hope that Dunki will outperform 3 Idiots if people liked it.
Mukesh Chhabra, the casting director, recently expressed his excitement about the reaction the public will have to Dunki, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu. He expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "When I read the script of Dunki, I was blown away. If you loved 3 Idiots, it is going to be 100 times better than that. I have cried whenever I have read the script. Every time."
He further said, "The film will break all the records. It is the purest form of filmmaking, like how we remember Anand, Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s films, Do Aankhen Barah Haath? Same way you will be talking about Dunki for many, many years to come. I mean it. Every piece of my heart feels this."
In addition, Chhabra talked about his collaborations with the legendary filmmaker, comparing Hirani to a whole film school. Collaborating with him is like going to a film school where you get to know every facet of the industry. Chhabra has spent a lot of time working with Hirani on a number of projects, such as advertisements, PK, and Sanju. He underlined that because Hirani is so involved in the film industry, the casting process takes more than two years.
Chhabra thanked Hirani and said he feels privileged to collaborate with such incredibly skilled directors.
