Priyanka Chopra will be a great choice to play me, says Mithali Raj on her biopic!

Well-known Mithali Raj is the captain of the Indian women's cricket team. She has a number of titles under her name, and it does not look like she is going to stop any soon. The cricketer has taken the women's cricket team to where it is today and deserves the appreciation and respect that she has gained now.

 

Earlier, Viacom 18 had approached the cricketer with the idea of her biopic. Mithali gave it a green signal and the casting of the biopic is already in process. When quizzed about who does she want to play her part in the biopic, Mithali revealed to a daily, "I think Priyanka Chopra will be a great choice (to play me in the biopic). Our personalities match a lot." She further added that she is happy to leave the final decision in the hands of the makers. "I am not a movie buff, so I'd love the experts to do their job," she reasoned.
