After Veere Di Wedding, Kareena to star in Karan Johar's movie?

Kareena Kapoor Khan welcomed a baby boy Taimur Ali Khan with husband Saif Ali Khan in December 2016. She was supposed to start shooting for her next, Veere Di Wedding while she was still pregnant but finally, the shoot got postponed. She will now be shooting for the film from August end.

 

As of now the actress only has Veere Di Wedding but if reports by a famous daily are to be believed, Kareena may star in a Karan Johar movie. Kareena is a very close friend of the filmmaker and has worked with him in movies like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001), Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu (2012), Kurbaan (2009), Gori Tere Pyaar Mein (2013) and We Are Family (2010).

 

The movie is believed to be a light, breezy and slice-of-life story. Kareena will be essaying the titular character who is a spunky woman. The script was green-lit recently. She will be signing the movie by the end of this month and the movie's pre-production will begin later this year. The project will go on floors by early 2018.

 

In the meantime, the actress is really impressing us all with her workout regime as she consistently goes to the gym in order to get back in shape and start shooting for Veere Di Wedding.
