SHOWMAN GOES INTERNATIONAL!

Subhash Ghai is joining hands with the Rome-based Navala Productions to produce a biopic about the controversial god man Osho.

 

The project was announced at the Cannes Film Festival, with Lakshen Sucameli attached as director. The film will begin at the time of Indian independence, and besides Osho there will be another main character of a female journalist who puts her career on the line to investigate if the Guru is a fraud or a genius. This might be the Showman’s big foray into Hollywood!
