Aditya Chopra is dead set on making Vaani Kapoor a star.

 

The Yash Raj Films chief has already cast his protégé in a new action film starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, and now he’s added another blockbuster to her kitty. This time Adi’s cast Vaani opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Karan Malhotra’s dacoit drama Shamshera. Insiders say her character will be a sought-after travelling performer from the desi heartland who becomes a crucial catalyst in RK’s rebellious mission. If only we all had a godfather like Adi!
