SHASHANKA'S IN A FOOD FIGHT!

A few days ago Shashanka Ghosh revealed his next film would be an adaptation of the book The BetelNut Killers, starring Anupam Kher and Ratna Pathak and Naseeruddin Shah.
The next day the novelist Manisha Lakhe told the media he hadn’t asked her permission to make the film, and since then they’ve been slinging mud at each other. The crux of the issue is that they both claim to have come up with the story idea when Shashanka visited Manisha in the US back in the 90s. I expect the matter to go to court.
