Sanjay Dutt is returning to the producer's chair 7 years after he backed the David Dhawan comedy Rascals.
Sanjay Dutt Productions is remaking the 2010 Telugu super hit Prasthanam, which centres on a politician and his stepson. Sanju will play the politician while Ali Fazal will star as his stepson and Amyra Dastur will feature as Ali’s ladylove. The original film’s director Deva Katta will also helm the remake, and he’s currently tweaking the story to cater to a pan-India audience. I’ll keep you in the loop on this one.
